Invitation to Lecture on Musunuri Nayakulu
(Part of Series of Lectures on Unsung Historical Heroes of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh)
Dakshinapatha Studies an initiative of CSIS, engaged in rigorous Academic Research
and Analysis of Socio-Politico-Economic and Historical events that have bearing on the
contemporary discourse on our Nation Building. As a part of our endeavour to present
the unsung heroes we are conducting lectures. The present lecture is on ‘ The Musunuri
Nayakas ‘ who played a key role in re-grouping and re-establishing the native pride
against the invading foreign forces.
Well known writer and researcher Dr Mudigonda Sivaprasad Garu, M.A, PhD agreed to
present his lecture on this subject.
Prof G Anjaiah Garu Head of the Department of History, University Colleg of Arts and
Social Sciences Osmania University agreed to Chair the event.
